The order can be entered from anywhere in the application where the icon 
is visible.
Just click + and select New Order to go to the various steps of order entry.
Additionally, it is also possible to enter a new order by pressing the a button 
available only on the tab ORDERS, located in the upper right corner above the list of orders.

You can enter many orders at the same time and their individual windows are visible at the bottom of the application
