Q: My order list is empty. 

A: Change the entry date range in the filter. Check that you do not have the Archive Orders checkbox checked.

If you have it checked - uncheck and reload the page. Check that you are not filtering the data in any other way.

Q:When can I expect my shipped order to be registered?

A: Orders usually receive a manufacturer's number within a few hours - this is a guarantee of correct registration.

You should also keep track of the status of your order

If nothing has changed by 24 hours, you should then contact the Helpdesk. 


Q: Nie mogę wysłać zamówienia.

A: Jeżeli nie pojawia się możliwość zamiany statusu zamówienia najczęściej oznacza to, że :

  • brakuje ustawionego Magazynu dostawy
  • jedna bądź więcej pozycji jest w wersji roboczej (DRAFT)


Q: I cannot send an offer.

A: Check that you have added an end user


         Q: I cannot remember my password

A: Use the password reset mechanism

An email with a link leading to a password change will be sent to the email address assigned to the user.

Please note that the link has a specific expiry date. Once it no longer works, you will need to reactivate the password reset mechanism


        Q: I cannot login, but I have the correct login details

        A: Make sure you have selected the correct option from the list when logging in.


Q: My marketing budget amount doesn't match, it should be higher than the one displayed in Trader.

A: Make sure you don't have working marketing orders created

REMEMBER: Unsent orders block the marketing budget. They must be deleted to recover the frozen funds.

To be safe, it's a good idea to set a wide date range in the order filtering, so you won't miss anything that could take away your desired funds.
