CONFIRMING ROUTE
Route approval takes place in several steps in an external approval application. First, the Route is verified by the Sales Department (WER status), and then approved by the Transport Department (AKC status). At each stage, the Route can be accepted or rejected (ODR status). In addition, upon acceptance by the Transport Department, the date / time of receipt and the loading gate are confirmed..
COLLECTION DATE
The Transport Department must approve the date and time of collection when accepting the route (AKC status). The date / time confirmed by the Transport Department appears in the column "Date approved" (Fig.1).
- if the approved date differs from the proposed date then the approved date is displayed in red to alert the user.
- if the approved date is the same as the proposed date then the approved date is displayed in black in the usual manner.
- if the approved date has not been entered yet, then the field remains blank.

LOCK ROUTE
Route editing/removing is blocked one day before the pickup date, provided that the route has been approved by the Transport Department.
Locked routes cannot be edited/removed and are marked with a closed padlock symbol in the red field (Fig. 2)..
